December 6, 2006, Randal announced he is heading for Las Vegas to appear in the Las Vegas production of "Spamalot" in the role of Sir Bedevere and understudy for King Arthur. The production will open in April, 2007. Randal actually is going to be able to go home to his own bed each night. After so many years on the road, it will be a real change. |

The producers of Les Misérables have announced that the Broadway Touring Company will close with the final show of the season, July 23, 2006, at the Fox Theatre in St. Louis, Missouri. |

Because of the hurricane damage in New Orleans, the Les Misérables run in New Orleans has been cancelled. However, the only good news out of this is that the run in Toronto has been extended for two weeks, moving to the Canon Theatre on Victoria Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, those last two weeks. |

Randal has announced he has contracted to continue appearing as Jean Valjean in the Broadway Tour throughout the United States and into Canada until July, 2006. |

Jean Valjean Touring Car for sale. Randal is selling his 1990 Mazda Miata red convertible which has traveled with him on tour since he started with Les Misérables. It has 147000 all around the United States miles on it, has a new paint job, new roof with glass back, XM radio, air conditioned, and is cute as a bugs ear. The last performance of Les Misérables' 2003/2004 season was on June 27, 2004, in St. Paul. Randal immediately shaved the distinctive JVJ beard and headed home to Southern California to join Karen and the menagerie for a well deserved summer break. |
